(NEXSTAR) — It was an evening of stars, surprises and numerous inspirational tales as Nexstar Media Group, Inc. honored “Remarkable Women” winners from throughout the nation and named 2024’s “Nexstar Woman of the Year.”

The awards gala was held on the Loews Hollywood Resort in early April and was the fruits of an incredible journey for greater than 100 regional winners. They visited the world-famous TCL Chinese language Theatre, bought a behind-the-scenes tour of the Warner Bros. Studios lot, and took part in a taping of The Jennifer Hudson Present.

Jerelyn Rodriguez, co-founder of The Data Home within the Bronx, was named Nexstar’s 2024 Outstanding Girls winner throughout the ceremony.
