What you’ll want to know concerning the MSU Homecoming Parade this Friday

What you’ll want to know concerning the MSU Homecoming Parade this Friday

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Seize your inexperienced and white! Michigan State College is internet hosting its annual Homecoming Parade this Friday, Oct. 18 at 6 p.m.

Individuals are inspired to line the streets of their inexperienced and white gear and substitute common lightbulbs with inexperienced bulbs to point out help for MSU’s Glow Inexperienced custom.

Parade Route

The parade will start on the intersection of Abbot Street and Burcham Drive at 6 p.m.

The parade will finish on Farm Lane on MSU’s campus round 7:15 p.m.

Street Closures

These roads are scheduled to shut from 2 p.m. till 7 p.m.

Centerlawn Avenue between Forest Avenue and Abbot Street.

Northlawn Avenue between Forest Avenue and Abbot Street.

Evergreen Avenue between Centerlawn Avenue and Northlawn Avenue.

Forest Avenue between Centerlawn Avenue and Northlawn Avenue.

Fern Avenue between Abbot Street and Evergreen Avenue.

Burcham Drive between M.A.C. Avenue and Abbot Street.

Street closures scheduled at 5:30 p.m. till 7:15 p.m.

Abbot Street between Burcham Drive and Grand River Avenue.

Grand River Avenue between Harrison Street and Abbot Street.

Michigan Avenue between Harrison Street and Grand River Avenue.

Grand River Avenue between Hagadorn Street and Collingwood Drive/Farm Lane.

Street closures scheduled at 5:45 p.m. till 7:15 p.m.

Grand River Avenue between Abbot Street and Collingwood Drive/FarmLane.
