Volodymyr Zelenskyy has referred to as on the UK and different Ukrainian allies to cease “watching” and supply long-range weapons to strike North Korean troops in Russia earlier than they enter fight.

‘Rising alliance of aggression’

In the meantime the UK defence secretary warned of a “growing alliance of aggression” between North Korea and Russia.

John Healey stated UK Defence Intelligence had confirmed 10,000 North Korean troopers had arrived in Russia and a “significant proportion” have been heading for the Kursk area, the place Ukrainian forces launched an invasion in August.

North Korean troops close to Ukraine border, US says
