Hostplus commits one other A$125M to IP Group Hostplus Innovation Fund

Hostplus commits one other A5M to IP Group Hostplus Innovation Fund

Main investor in university-originated deep tech, IP Group Australia, has introduced a brand new A$125 million contribution from Hostplus to the IP Group Hostplus Innovation Fund.

Hostplus has added to its present A$310m funding to carry its whole dedication to $435m, backing corporations like inexperienced hydrogen pathfinder Hysata, continual lung illness remedy biotech RAGE and sustainable lithium extractor Electralith.

The fund has invested in world-leading corporations originating from IP Group’s Australian associate universities together with Monash College (RAGE and Electralith), College of Sydney (AMSL Aero) and the ANU (Forge Photonics).

Hostplus CEO David Elia stated the fund’s observe document as one in every of Australia’s greatest buyers in enterprise capital was attainable due to the potential return on funding alternatives like this signify.
