Grand Ledge man killed in crash that break up SUV in half

Grand Ledge man killed in crash that break up SUV in half

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Michigan State Police are investigating a single-car crash that left one man useless after dropping management of the automotive, inflicting it to separate in two.

The incident occurred on Friday, Dec. 6, shortly after 10 p.m. on St. Joseph Hwy close to Cochran Street in Eaton County.

Investigators say a 55-year-old man from Grand Ledge was driving a 2020 Ford Edge eastbound on St. Joseph Hwy when he misplaced management of his automotive. The automotive drove off the street, hit a fence, after which a tree.

The affect of the crash brought on the automotive to separate in half and the motive force was ejected from the automotive, investigators say. The driving force was pronounced useless on the scene.

Stranger saves man’s life, pulling him from sinking automotive

The 55-year-old man was the one one within the automotive on the time of the incident. Troopers say pace and alcohol look like an element within the crash.

MSP says if anybody has any data associated to the crash to please name the Lansing Put up at 517-322-1907.
