LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Metropolis of Lansing will activate its “Code Blue” chilly climate emergency administration plan Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., which can run till 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
The plan permits native shelters to function extra hours, briefly enhance their capability, and permit town’s fireplace and police departments to move these needing help to native shelters. The Capital Space Transportation Authority can even present free rides to those that must get to a warming heart or shelter.
