ELPD studies that Scott was recognized with the illness a number of years in the past. The illness worsened over this previous weekend and he handed away.
Scott severed ELPD for over 7 years. He assisted within the apprehension of a number of felons, finding lacking individuals, discovered narcotics and carried out numerous demos for youngsters throughout his time with the division.
