Lansing man faces 22 expenses following weekend chase

Lansing man faces 22 expenses following weekend chase

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Andrew Garza, 54, is going through a complete of twenty-two expenses regarding a chase over the weekend that concerned him allegedly capturing at officers.

The chase started round 10:30 p.m. Sunday, close to the intersection of East Cesar Chavez Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue, when police have been referred to as to the world after being instructed somebody fired a number of pictures into a house and drove off.

Officers say they have been in a position to cease Garza on Grand River Avenue close to the Capital Metropolis Worldwide Airport, the place they arrested him.

Nobody was injured within the incident.

Garza faces 22 expenses, essentially the most severe of which is capturing a firearm from a motorized vehicle, a felony that carries a possible ten-year sentence.

Three counts of carrying a hid weapon (Two pistols and an AR-15 rifle)

Assault with a harmful weapon

Resisting and obstructing police

Reckless use of firearm

9 counts of felony firearm

Garza can also be charged as a recurring offender as a consequence of three prior felony convictions.
