LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Jack Cooper LLC, an auto transport firm laid off 119 workers in Dimondale Feb. 8, 2025. This follows after the corporate laid off 89 folks on February 2, 2025, in Wayne County.

Based on its web site, Jack Cooper LLC has been a family-owned auto transport automobile logistic supplier since 1928.

The Detroit Free Press reported Jack Cooper ended its relationship with Normal Motors after contract negotiations resulted in disagreement.
