LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A February argument at a comfort retailer in Summit Township led to 2 arrests and a person being extradited again to Michigan from Las Vegas, in accordance with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Workplace.

Police say on Feb. 10, Jackson County deputies have been dispatched to the world of Francis St. and Hollis St. for a photographs fired name. Within the space, they discovered multiuple shell casings and an unoccupied automobile that had been shot a number of time. No victims have been situated.

Deputies investigated, reviewing enterprise and residential surveillance cameras, discovering what appearted to be an argument between 4 males in a comfort retailer. Two of the boys left the shop in a black SUV, after which the opposite two atetmped to get inside a small sedan parked in a close-by alley.

Police say video reveals the black SUV exit onto the roadway. The entrance passenger then leaned out of the window of the SUV and commenced taking pictures towards the 2 males within the sedan. Each autos then left the world.

Deputies used FLOCK cameras, which reads license plates, to establish the SUV, which was situated at a residence in Jackson inside a couple of hours. Deputies executed a search warrant on the home and recognized the suspects concerned within the taking pictures—29-year-old Kevin Jamall Johnson and 25-year-old Martez Anthony Haywood Jr.

Johnson was arrested the identical day of the incident for violating parole. Deputies tried to seek for Haywood, however didn’t discover him that day or within the following days.

Feb. 19, the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Workplace charged Haywood with 5 felonies:
