Eaton County crash kills one, injures two

Eaton County crash kills one, injures two

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — An Eaton County crash killed a 29-year-old man and injured two different folks this previous Sunday.

The Michigan State Police stories in a social media publish that troopers from the Lansing Submit have been dispatched to the intersection of Mulliken Rd. and M-50 for a two-vehicle crash at round midday.

After a preliminary investigation, police say {that a} 2025 Chevy Equinox, pushed by a 30-year-old girl from Mulliken, was touring southbound on Mulliken Rd. in direction of M-50.

The girl disregarded a cease signal and struck a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, pushed by a 43-year-old girl from Portland.

A passenger within the Pacifica, a 29-year-old man from Sunfield, was thrown from the car.

The passenger was transported to UM Hospital in Charlotte, the place he was pronounced useless.

Police say it’s at present unknown if the passenger was carrying a seatbelt on the time of the crash.

Each drivers have been additionally transported to the UM Hospital in Charlotte for minor accidents.

Police say alcohol or medicine don’t look like an element within the crash.
