Aircraft crash in Bathtub Township kills 3 passengers

Aircraft crash in Bathtub Township kills 3 passengers

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Three folks have died in a small airplane crash in Bathtub Township, based on township officers.

Police say the crash occurred at round 5:00 p.m. close to the intersection of Clark Highway and Peacock Highway. Three passengers had been confirmed to be aboard the airplane. Police say all three have been confirmed deceased.

Presently, police have no idea why the plane crashed or what its supposed vacation spot was. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.

A spokesperson with the Capital Area Worldwide Airport tells 6 Information the incident is not going to have an effect on departures or arrivals from the airport.
