Animal Management searching for one who left lifeless canine in a Lansing park

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Somebody discovered a lifeless canine close to the doorway of a park in Lansing yesterday afternoon, and now authorities are searching for the one who left it there.

The Ingham County Animal Management and Shelter posted on social media that animal officers responded to a tip of a lifeless animal on the entrance of Everett Park. Officers discovered a French bulldog inside a cat provider and a trash bag once they arrived.
