Avi Eisenberg seeks leniency in little one porn and crypto sentencing

Avraham “Avi” Eisenberg and his attorneys are looking for leniency in a not too long ago filed sentencing memorandum associated to his little one pornography and cryptocurrency market manipulation prices.

Eisenberg’s letter to the choose additional notes that he “believed that smart contracts were, in general, valid legal contracts.” Moreover, he claims that he “did not want to cause users to lose funds.”
