British-Israeli lady kidnapped by Hamas undergoes surgical procedure for wounds

A British-Israeli lady who was kidnapped by Hamas and held hostage for 271 days in Gaza has undergone a sequence of operations for wounds she suffered on the day she was taken captive.

Emily Damari was at dwelling on Kibbutz Kfar Aza on 7 October 2023 when Hamas launched its bloodbath in Israel, killing 62 residents in the neighborhood and kidnapping 19 others.

Ms Damari’s mom, Mandy Damari, mentioned her daughter had been “sewn up like a pin cushion” by Hamas, leaving her with vital ache in her hand and leg.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer has invited Ms Damari and her mom to go to No 10 on their subsequent go to to the UK and followers of her favorite soccer membership Tottenham Hotspur have provided her matchday tickets.

Israel blocks entry to help vans into Gaza

It comes as Israel blocked the entry of help vans into Gaza on Sunday amid a standoff over the truce that has paused combating for the final six weeks.
