Century 21 lifetime Easterseals donations reaches $141M

Century 21 lifetime Easterseals donations reaches 1M

Century 21 franchisees donated $2.6 million to Easterseals in 2024, bringing lifetime donations to $141 million. Easterseals helps folks with restricted mobility and well being challenges to dwell extra unbiased lives.

Century 21 closed its forty fifth 12 months supporting Easterseals with $2.6 million in donations from the brokerage’s unbiased franchises and gross sales associates. The New Jersey-based franchisor’s lifetime donation whole is now at $141 million, all supporting healthcare, schooling, employment, transportation and mobility alternatives for folks with disabilities, older adults, veterans and their households.

“The Century 21 brand’s comprehensive support of Easterseals is truly amazing and we are so grateful for our long-standing relationship,” stated Kendra Davenport, the nonprofit’s CEO. “From annual fundraising campaigns to unique charity events, brokers and agents affiliated with the Century 21 brand across North America are playing a crucial role in our mission to create a world where people with disabilities can lead full lives.”

“They are helping us address the evolving needs of people with disabilities in thousands of communities,” she added.

Century 21 professionals in Utica, Michigan led the best way in contributions, with the 57-agent franchise elevating $1.5 million for Easterseals in 2024. Canadian franchises Century 21 B.J. Roth Realty Ltd., Century 21 Millennium Inc. and Century 21 Foothills Actual Property, and Texas-based franchise Century 21 Decide Fite Firm rounded out the highest 5 contributors for the 12 months. The remaining prime 16 franchises are in Washington, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Canada.

“As we celebrate the 46-year relationship between the Century 21 brand and Easterseals [in 2025], I am filled with immense pride and gratitude,” stated Greg Sexton, Chief Working Officer of Century 21 Actual Property LLC and member of the Easterseals Nationwide Board of Administrators. “This enduring collaboration is a testament to our shared commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.”

“Over the decades, the combined efforts of the Century 21 network of dedicated real estate professionals alongside local Easterseals Affiliates have empowered countless individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence and live fuller lives,” he added. “Together, we will continue to champion inclusivity and support for all, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.”

Sexton stated the franchisor is wanting ahead to its third annual Worldwide Week of Giving scheduled for July 28 to Aug. 1. Century 21 expanded its giving problem from in the future to 1 week in 2023 to shine an even bigger highlight on associates’ group involvement.

“As a network of real estate professionals, the Century 21 brand is committed to elevating communities across the country and around the world,” C21 President and CEO Mike Miedler instructed Inman in 2023. “As integral members of the neighborhoods they serve, this commitment goes far beyond just helping them achieve the dream of homeownership.”

“It also means stepping up when your neighbors, your friends and those underrepresented communities are most in need,” he added. “We are thrilled to celebrate the Century 21 International Week of Giving by highlighting the amazing efforts that our relentless affiliated brokers and agents are putting forward every single day to make a true local impact.”

Throughout the week, Century 21 will match donations to Easterseals.
