LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Three orange kittens broke into the Jackson County Courthouse on Wednesday, in line with a video shared by the Jackson County Animal Shelter and Animal Management.

After a gathering within the courthouse, Jackson County Sheriff Gary Schuette arrived to seek out the kittens “trespassing and attempting to impersonate lawyers and judges.” The kittens have been deserted exterior in a close-by feral colony.
Now, they’re being held within the Jackson County Animal Shelter and will probably be put up for adoption—and their names may even be court docket and law-themed!
