BRAINTREE, Mass. (AP) — Patriots captain Jabrill Peppers was arrested over the weekend on assault, strangulation and different fees following a disturbance at a house, police stated Monday.

Peppers, 29, was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Quincy District Courtroom on the fees, which additionally embody assault and battery with a harmful weapon and possession of a Class “B” substance believed to be cocaine, based on a police information launch.

He was arrested early Saturday.

Braintree police stated they had been referred to as to a house for an altercation between two individuals. One particular person was handled on the dwelling, they stated.
