Gratiot County crash kills two individuals

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS )– The Gratiot County Sheriff’s Workplace confirmed two individuals died in a two-car crash Wednesday morning in Seville Township.

The incident occurred round 9:15 a.m. Deputies arrived on the scene at M-46 and Warner Street and investigators say a 67-year-old lady and a 54-year-old man from Sumner had been touring north on Warner Street and didn’t cease at a cease signal at M-46.

The automobile was hit by a 61-year-old man from Riverdale. Investigators say they consider the 61-year-old man was touring at a excessive pace on M-46.

Each the 67-year-old driver and 54-year-old passenger had been pronounced useless on the scene of the crash.

Deputies say it’s unknown if medication or alcohol had been elements within the crash. The incident is beneath investigation.
