Gregg Wallace dropped as charity ambassador amid inappropriate behaviour allegations

A charity has dropped Gregg Wallace as an envoy after a number of allegations of “highly inappropriate” behaviour.

Wallace stepped down from hit BBC cooking present MasterChef on Thursday amid accusations he made sexual feedback in direction of workers and celeb visitors on a spread of programmes over 17 years.

Formidable About Autism has now introduced it’s “no longer working with” the 60-year-old TV host “in light of recent allegations”.

“We have let him know our decision and thanked him for his support of our work over the last two years,” it mentioned in an announcement.

Wallace has three youngsters and his youngest, five-year-old Sid, is non-verbal and autistic.

The presenter is but to straight deal with any of the allegations however after his MasterChef exit was introduced, he posted a brief Instagram video thanking “all the people getting in touch [and] showing their support”.

The complaints are being investigated by MasterChef’s manufacturing firm Banijay UK.

Gregg Wallace declines to remark

In mild of the allegations, singer Sir Rod Stewart criticised Wallace on Instagram and claimed he “humiliated” his spouse Penny Lancaster in 2021.

He wrote: “Good riddance Wallace… You humiliated my wife when she was on the show, but you had that bit cut out didn’t you?

“You are a tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully.”
