Three Israeli hostages who can be launched on Saturday have been named by Hamas.

Israel and Hamas are exchanging hostages and prisoners as a fragile ceasefire holds in Gaza.

Ofer Kalderon, Keith Samuel Siegel and Yarden Bibas can be launched, Hamas armed wing spokesperson Abu Obeida stated in a publish on his telegram channel.

In change, 182 Palestinian prisoners, a few of whom have been serving life sentences in Israel, will reportedly be freed.

It follows Thursday’s launch of eight hostages – three Israelis and 5 Thai nationals – being held by Hamas in Gaza.

After a chaotic launch that noticed crowds swarm sections of the handover, Israel briefly delayed the releasing of dozens of Palestinians – underscoring how fragile the truce is.

Within the ongoing first part of the ceasefire, Hamas is returning 33 hostages over six weeks. In return, Israel is releasing 737 Palestinian prisoners.

Who’re the hostages being freed?

All three of the hostages set to be launched have been taken within the October 7 2023 assault.

Yarden Bibas, now 35, was taken alongside his spouse, Shiri Babas, and their two sons, four-year-old Ariel and 10-month-old Kfir – the youngest of Hamas’s hostages.

It’s believed Yarden may very well be the one member of the family nonetheless alive.

Keith Samuel Siegel, a 65-year-old twin US citizen, was kidnapped along with his spouse Aviva Adrienne Siegel – who was freed within the first hostage-for-prisoner change in November 2023.

Final 12 months, he featured in a video launched by Hamas through the Passover vacation. Within the footage, he broke down in tears and stated he hoped he can be reunited along with his household.

Ofer Kalderon, 54, is the uncle of a 12-year-old woman discovered lifeless after Hamas’s October 7 assault.
