LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Two founders and a former worker of a Lansing nonprofit are being sued by the group and its new govt director.

Punks with Lunch Lansing (PWL) alleges former govt director Julie Miller and former worker Derek Deloof misappropriated $67,868.13 in money and misused two automobiles owned by the group. The unique criticism was filed June 6 in Ingham County’s thirtieth Circuit Court docket is assigned to Choose Rosemarie Aquilina.

On Oct. 20, the company moved to file an amended criticism including present govt director Kelsea Hector as a plaintiff and former board member Martin Mashon as a defendant. The amended submitting outlines 9 counts spanning monetary misconduct, defamation and emotional misery.

What the lawsuit alleges

Monetary misconduct: The swimsuit claims Miller and Deloof used PWL debit playing cards and a Venmo account for non-charitable bills with out receipts or enterprise function, together with a number of Speedway purchases, lodge stays and expertise buys.
