Man recognized in lethal crash on M-52

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– The Ingham County Sheriff’s Workplace has recognized the person who was killed after a automotive he was in collided with a semi-truck trailer on M-52 in White Oak Township south of Webberville.

Jeffrey Wendt, 53, from Mason, was touring eastbound on Howell Street and didn’t cease on the cease signal. He then collided with a semi-truck touring southbound.

The workplace of the Sheriff says Wendt was killed after turning into pinned beneath the semi-truck trailer.

A 23-year-old man from Perry was driving the semi-truck and was not injured within the crash. Deputies haven’t recognized the person.

There have been no passengers in both car.
