Michigan Labor Caucus unveils employees' compensation reform invoice

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– The Michigan Labor Caucus launched a invoice bundle aimed toward reforming employees’ compensation requirements. State Representatives Brenda Carter and Joey Andrews joined trade leaders and specialists to debate the proposed reforms.

“When someone is injured on the job, they shouldn’t have to fight through red tape. Our goal is simple to return to previous law and make certain that our worker’s compensation system protects every worker, not just the powerful few,” stated State Consultant Brenda Carter.
