North Korea has despatched 3,000 troops to assist Russia in its warfare towards Ukraine and is planning to ship 1000’s extra, South Korea has mentioned.

Moscow and Pyongyang have denied the claims – however South Korean intelligence officers mentioned North Korea plans to ship Russia 10,000 troops by December.

The US mentioned on Wednesday there may be “evidence” of North Korean troopers being deployed to Russia.

It comes a day after the UK authorities mentioned it was “highly likely” troopers from North Korea had been “supporting Russia’s war of aggression” – and follows comparable claims by Ukraine.

The newest numbers got here after Seoul’s Nationwide Intelligence Service mentioned on Friday its northern neighbour had despatched round 1,500 particular forces to Russia by ship.
