LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Lansing Police Division has recognized the 2 people that died in a crash in Lansing over the weekend as Cheniya Rogers, 20 and Nathan Pentecost Jr., 21.
At round 4:30 a.m. Saturday, police say a car crashed right into a utility pole close to W Oakland Avenue and N Walnut St.
Three others have been injured within the crash and have been transported to the hospital. Police reported Saturday afternoon that two of them, ages 23 and 33, have been in secure situation, whereas one, age 29, remained in crucial situation. 6 Information has obtained no additional updates on their circumstances.
Police say alcohol and velocity have been contributing elements to the crash.
