Liberal pro-EU candidate Rafal Trzaskowski seems set to narrowly win Poland’s presidential election, in line with an exit ballot.
The Warsaw mayor was up towards conservative historian Karol Nawrocki, who attracts inspiration from Donald Trump and his Make America Nice Once more (MAGA) motion, and he received 50.3% of votes.
Mr Nawrocki was second with 49.7%, the Ipsos ballot confirmed.
The ballot has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 share factors and the ultimate vote is prone to change considerably.
The electoral fee has stated it hopes the ultimate outcomes shall be introduced on Monday morning or the afternoon.
Mr Trzaskowski, 53, has promised to ease abortion restrictions, restore judicial independence and promote constructive ties with European companions.

His 42-year-old opponent had positioned himself as a defender of conventional Polish values, aligning himself with US conservatives together with Mr Trump and exhibiting scepticism in the direction of the EU.
The vote has been intently watched in neighbouring Ukraine in addition to in Russia, the European Union and the US.
