Reservoir Canine actor Michael Madsen died from coronary heart failure, says heart specialist

Actor Michael Madsen, who starred in Reservoir Canine and Thelma & Louise, died from coronary heart failure, his heart specialist has mentioned.

The 67-year-old was discovered unresponsive in his house in Malibu, California, final Thursday and pronounced useless.

His physician mentioned coronary heart illness and alcoholism might be listed as elements which contributed to the star’s demise, reported NBC Los Angeles.

With no suspicious circumstances and the demise listed as being from pure causes, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Division considers the case closed.

His sister, Oscar-nominated actress Virginia Madsen, paid tribute to her brother in an announcement to Selection.

She wrote: “My brother Michael has left the stage.

“He was thunder and velvet. Mischief wrapped in tenderness. A poet disguised as an outlaw. A father, a son, a brother – etched in contradiction, tempered by love that left its mark.”

Madsen was getting ready to launch a brand new guide referred to as Tears For My Father: Outlaw Ideas And Poems.

A press release by managers Susan Ferris and Smith, and publicist Liz Rodriguez, mentioned the guide by “one of Hollywood’s most iconic actors” was at present being edited.
