State internet hosting annual Veterans Day Recognition Ceremony Nov. 12 at Capitol

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan Veterans Affairs Company (MVAA) will host its annual Veterans Day Recognition Ceremony.

The occasion will probably be held Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Corridor in downtown Lansing,

Greater than 516,000 Michigan veterans will probably be honored and celebrated as part of the ceremony.

The occasion will even embrace the presentation of colours by the Dewitt VFW Put up 671 and the pinning of Vietnam-era veterans to formally honor them for his or her service to our nation.

Brig. Gen. Ravindra Wagh, State Sen. Veronica Klinefelt, State Commander Kimberly Napoleon of the VFW Division of Michigan and MVAA Director Brian L. Love are all anticipated to talk, adopted by a reception with refreshments.

“Each veteran has a unique service journey and every day at the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency, we work to honor their story and connect them to the benefits they earned serving our nation,” stated MVAA Director Brian L. Love in a press launch despatched to six Information.
