Disgraced hip hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has requested a choose to launch him on a $50m bond as he waits to be sentenced for prostitution-related offences.

Combs’s lawyer has argued that circumstances on the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn are harmful and famous that others convicted of comparable offences had been sometimes launched earlier than sentencing.

“Sean Combs should not be in jail for this conduct,” Marc Agnifilo mentioned in a court docket submitting on Tuesday.

A “John” within the US is a slang time period for any person who hires a prostitute.

A spokesperson for the US lawyer’s workplace in Manhattan didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.
